She is the 5th child in a family of six, Georgina grew up in Lagos where she had her secondary education at Badagry Grammar School obtaining her West African Senior Certificate. After that, she proceeded to the Lagos State University (LASU) where she earned two degrees. First, an associate degree in International Law and Diplomacy and later on a Bachelors of Arts in International Relations and Strategic Studies.

She thereafter moved to the United States where she studied Healthcare Administration at the Western Career College in Sacramento, California. She further earned a Master’s of Science in Health Informatics from the Trident University International in Cypress, California.

Georgina joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood) in 1990 at the age of 10 starring in minor roles. She came to limelight when she featured in the 1992 movie, Living in Bondage. In September 2016, she joined the M.C.I Mediaonline Production in Carlifornia.
In 2003, Onuoha became a public figure in Nigeria after featuring in the Nollywood blockbuster movie, Egg of Life, alongside with veteran movie stars like Nkeru Sylvanus, Pete Edochie, Ebele Okaro and Clarion Chukwuka.
Aside acting, Georgina has been involved in other fields. In 2011, she worked as a Quality Assurance Auditor at the North American Healthcare Inc. Between 2013 and 2017, she worked for the Private Medical Practice of Dr. Nwangburuka (MD) as an administrator. Since 2017, she has worked at the Allmed Medical Corporation in Sacramento, California, as a Quality Assurance Auditor and Data analyst.
